Soham Museum has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality outreach experiences. Our subgroups give members of the public a variety of opportunities to get involved in local history. Whether you are a local person with an interest in your own heritage, an armchair historian, a history buff, or just want to get to know Soham a bit better, we offer you a range of exciting ways to get involved in our local history.

Entrance £3.00 - FREE to Friends of Soham Museum Museum Coffee MorningsSoham Museum Coffee Mornings are a FREE, informal, popular and vibrant ‘drop in’ session held on the first Saturday of each month at Soham Library 10-12am, to which guests can bring along items of local and social interest and generally share a love of history with like-minded people. Archaeology Cambridgeshire East (ACE)ACE is part of the county wide initiative known as Jigsaw. Mentored by Oxford Archaeology (East), we are an active amateur archaeology group with a remit to investigate unreported and under-reported archaeological sites across the east fen-edge. Get involved in Local History
